If you paid via the website, after you pay we’ll ask you which email address is linked to your child’s account so we can grant them access.
If you’ve done this and they still don’t have access, there are a couple of common reasons.
1. They signed in with Apple/Google.
If they did this, a proxy email address will have been created and that’s the one you have to enter to grant access.
To find out what that is, please ask them to open the Settings tab and tap “Account Information”. They’ll see what it is under “Email”.
Once you have that, you can edit the email address to grant access to it via your Parent Portal.
2. The email address is incorrect.
This happens all the time! To check which email address is linked to their account, please ask them to open the Settings tab and tap “Account Information”. Under “Email” they’ll be able to see which email address they used. They can also edit this from here by tapping the arrow to the right!
