How to find the email address linked to your child's account

If your child has already created an Adapt account, you can find the email address they used by following these steps:

1. Ask your child to open the Adapt app on their device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select “Account Information”.
4. Look for the “Email” section. This will show the email address they used to create their account.

Does the email address in Settings look strange?

• If your child signed up with Apple or Google, you might see a proxy email (it might look like [e-mail]).
• If you do see a proxy email, use that email address when linking your child’s account to your Parent Portal.
