Having an issue with your Adapt app? 😫
Perhaps it’s crashing unexpectedly, not updating or showing your plan, or perhaps it’s self-destructing... Either way, try these troubleshooting steps first to see if it’s an easy fix.
Before you do anything else, try these 3 things:
1. Close the app
Exit the app, double tap your home button (or press, hold and swipe up from iPhones without a home button) and swipe away Adapt to restart it.
Then, open the app, and try it again.
2. Log out and in
Go to your Profile (image icon at the top right of the dashboard), scroll down and click ‘Log Out’ to sign out of your account.
Try to sign back in with your credentials and see if it fixes the issue.
Note: this often will fix issues where the app is not syncing with Adapt’s servers properly.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app
Press and hold on the Adapt icon on your homescreen, tap ‘Rearrange Apps’ and then click the X to uninstall Adapt.
Go back to TestFlight (or, after January, the App Store) and redownload Adapt.
You can then log in with the same credentials and all of your information will be stored.
