Here’s how to cancel your subscription, change the way you’re billed, or change your account tier (between Premium and Assessment/Unlimited):
If you paid via the app:
Go to your App/Play Store subscriptions. From here, you can cancel, change how you’re billed, and change your account plan (between Premium and Assessment/Unlimited).
If your parent paid for you via the website:
Ask them to log in to their Parent Portal, go to “Account”, and select “Manage payment account.” From there, they’ll be able to select “Cancel my subscription” or change how they’re billed (e.g., between monthly, annual, and lifetime).
If they want to change between Premium/Assessment, they’ll need to select “Cancel my subscription” and sign up again for the product they’d like to subscribe to.
